Information Desk
Northpole Overseas Pvt. Ltd gives the truth and clear information of the job opportunities they offer. Here the candidates get to know about the document they should present for the relevant job. Except the information, this department also keeps the computerized database of the jobseekers. And helps to fill up the jobseekers forms.
Communication
The communication is the main tool of the office management so we communicate in the organized and technical manner. Every cabin is facilitated with computer network and inter- link telephone, whereby the jobseekers can get the required information any department of the office. Our employee is always ready to serve the client and jobseekers.
Training
We always try to fulfill the demand with trained and experienced jobseekers, so we give them preview/ full training as per requirement of the jobseekers.
Interview
The interview performed by the Northpole Overseas Pvt. Ltd is always fair and competitive. The pre-interview is performed by the staff of NORTHPOLE OVERSEAS and the final interview is performed by the representative of the respective company.
Medical Checkup
After the final interview we issue the short listed candidates and forward them to the government approved medical centre where they guarantee the fitness of jobseeker.
Orientation
Orientation is the process where the selected candidates are made the familiar to the country they are going to work, about the Laws and Orders & Immigration. They classes are conducted by the established Orientation Agencies which clears the misunderstanding about the local culture and traditions of particular country.
Travelling Arrangements
After all the processing (i.e. visa, employment contract, work permit from labour department) we arrange the traveling procedures of the candidates. We reserve the tickets and confirm from the travel agencies in the convenient airlines from Kathmandu.
Feedback
Our responsibilities do not complete after the worker are departed from the home country to employer country. We are always ready to solve the problem of what we have guaranteed to the worker whom we have sent from our company.
